Renuw is a product of SquirrelSolve Ltd. Renuw is operated by SquirrelSolve Ltd.
These terms apply to the Renuw app and the supporting website pages at https://renuw.co.uk.
2. What Renuw does
Renuw helps you organise renewal dates, costs, reminder choices, and related details for subscriptions, policies, provider accounts, contracts, and similar ongoing services.
Renuw is for organisation and reminders only.
3. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for your account and for the information you save in Renuw.
Use a valid email address for your account
Keep your sign-in details secure
Check the accuracy of saved service details, dates, costs, and reminder settings
Check cancellation windows, notice periods, charges, and provider terms directly with the provider before making decisions
4. Reminders and notifications
Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee.
Delivery depends on account-level reminder settings, per-service reminder settings, phone notification permission, device notification availability, connectivity, and third-party notification delivery services working normally.
Notifications may be delayed, unavailable, or not delivered because of device, network, operating-system, platform, or service conditions. You remain responsible for checking actual renewal, expiry, and cancellation dates, charges, provider terms, and any actions you need to take with a provider.

Renuw does not provide financial, legal, insurance, tax, mortgage, switching, or other professional advice
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
Use Renuw unlawfully, fraudulently, or harmfully
Try to access accounts, data, or systems without permission
Interfere with the app, website, or other users
Upload or send malicious code
Misuse provider information or third-party branding in a way that could harm the service or others
7. Third-party services and provider branding
Renuw uses trusted third-party services to provide sign-in, secure data storage, notifications, app configuration, provider logos, and other features needed to run the service.
Provider names, logos, and other third-party branding remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Availability, changes, and suspension
Renuw may change, improve, suspend, or remove features for product, security, operational, or legal reasons. Where a change materially affects how you use Renuw, we will try to give reasonable notice where practical.
Access may be suspended or ended if you break these terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or where this is reasonably required for security or legal reasons.
9. Account deletion
You can find account-deletion instructions in the app under Settings > Account > Delete account, and on the delete-account page.
Deleting your Renuw account affects your Renuw data only. It does not cancel, renew, switch, or otherwise change any real-world provider service.
10. Liability
Renuw is provided to help with organisation and reminders. You remain responsible for checking your real-world provider arrangements, including renewal dates, cancellation deadlines, charges, policy terms, and account details.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Renuw is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information entered by you, changes made by your providers, device settings, notification permissions, connectivity issues, third-party platform issues, or missed reminders outside our reasonable control.
11. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you also keep any mandatory protections given to you by the law of that part of the United Kingdom.
You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
