1. How to contact support

Renuw is part of the SquirrelSolve family of apps. This page is for Renuw support specifically.


2. What to include

To help us investigate quickly, please include:

  • A short description of the issue

  • The email address linked to your Renuw account, if relevant

  • Your device model

  • Your operating system version

  • Your Renuw app version

  • Whether the issue affects sign-in, syncing, plan data, reminder preferences, or something else

  • The plan type involved, if relevant, such as broadband, mobile, insurance, mortgage, or subscription

  • Screenshots, if they help explain the problem and do not expose sensitive information


3. What not to send

Please do not send:

  • Passwords

  • Payment card numbers

  • Bank account details

  • Full insurance policies

  • Full mortgage offers

  • Copies of ID documents

  • Any other documents containing more personal data than we need to help

If we ever need extra information, we should explain why and ask only for what is necessary.


4. Deletion and privacy requests

If you want to delete your account or ask a privacy question, please use the delete-account page, the privacy policy, or contact support@renuw.co.uk.


5. Response times

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably practical. Response times can vary depending on request volume, the complexity of the issue, and whether we need more information to investigate safely.
